Polkadot Patch Boutique is the vision of owner, Marianne Mullen. She wanted high quality, affordable, comfortable children's clothing for her own daughters, but had difficulty and frustration finding styles that were unique, colorful, and whimsical. Wasn't there anything for a baby girl that wasn't pink or purple? She asked herself, "Where are the clothes that are truly as unique as my own children?" She knew that parents of boys also faced the same frustration in only having "military", "superhero" and "trucks" clothing choices for their sons.

Out of sheer desperation and a desire to offer only the most unique and funky baby and children's clothing, Polkadot Patch Boutique was created. This family run business has a goal to offer only the most funky and unique baby and children's clothing anywhere. The "Patch" (as we like to call it) hand-picks clothing, accessories and toys that will match its philosophy and mission.

In addition, Marianne is an artist "wanna-be" trying everything from knitting to pottery to water-coloring to stained glass. With a desire to support artisans who create unique handcrafted items, Polkadot Patch Boutique began featuring exceptional Vermont made children's products. In a very short time, Polkadot Patch Boutique has evolved to support talented artisans from all over the United States. We are proud of our commitment in supporting talented artisans who create unique products for children.

With a committement to children, Polkadot Patch Boutique is also proud to support Prevent Child Abuse by donating a percentage of our annual gross sales.
