At Polkadot Patch Boutique, we are always on the lookout for unique, innovative, high quality, colorful children’s clothes and products. We have a very distinct mission and philosophy for our store and only select items that uphold these beliefs.

We welcome your suggestion for a unique, colorful children’s product. If you would like us to consider a new product, please contact us with ALL of the following information.

  • General information about the product.
  • Price of the product. Please specify the wholesale price.
  • Contact person, address, phone number and fax.
  • Website address if applicable.


We will contact you to let you know if we are interested in carrying your product line. At that time, we will request product images. We may request sample via snail mail (you know, regular ole’ mail). Please do not send a sample unless we have requested it from you. We do not pay for product samples and will only return them if prior arrangements have been made.
